Donate to our Projects
PMWC-KE presently relies on members volunteering their knowledge, time, cash contributions and one sponsor, to run seven projects and administrative support. We could achieve more, but, we are constrained because of our limited funding. This is therefore to appeal for individual donations, funds raised through campaigns and, grants from Governments and from the Global community. Our projects include:
1.kwaGround
Collaborative efforts with like-minded organizations, on mental health events in communities
2.FutaaKivyetu
Create safe spaces where men/youth/boys through football, can open up and share without fear of judgement
3.Online campaigns
In addition to the regular social handles updates, we increase online activity during
Men’s health month, International Suicide prevention day, International mental health day and 16days of activism against Gender based violence
4.Safety in Schools (SiS)
Create safe spaces for our learners by campaigning against BULLYING and inculcating a culture of up standers, compassion and positivity amongst our learners

Community Support
In an ever changing world, quite a number of people, cannot count on their family, friends and the larger community to celebrate, nurture, encourage, and console one another. Those days seem long gone. Yet, people still need the same nurturing, encouragement, intimacy and consolation, particularly during difficult times.
#FutaaKivyetu
FutaaKivyetu or football-our –way, focuses on creating safe spaces for men of all ages, to talk and share mental health information. A win-win situation both physically and mentally.Healthy bodies. Healthy minds.
Safety In Schools (SiS)
Given that some of our schools experience a high rate of bullying, one of our main objectives is to campaign against BULLYING and create a culture of upstanders, compassion and positivity amongst our learners.
